Q: What has been your experience as a homebuyer?
A: We have purchased 8 homes over the years personally and used a different lender every single time. No mortgage lender has ever followed up with me after the purchase of a home in any way. When taking on the largest debt of your life, people sometimes don't realize how critical it is to have someone who will be working AFTER the purchase to help you build legitimate net wealth through real estate, which is what I work hard to do. Q: What is your family like?
A: I've been married to my wife, Molly, for 25 years. She's a teacher, volleyball coach and Crossfit competitor. Our daughter Aspen is 8 years old and is one of a kind! Our parents have now moved here from Colorado to be near their granddaughter and we all live in the same neighborhood together.
Q: What do you like to do in your free time?
A: I have lived in 7 states, many more cities and love to travel whenever I can. We know that life is short and we do our best to experience as much as possible. Now that we’ve settled into southwest Missouri for good we are blessed with the best friend groups that I could ask for and we really enjoy our life.
